This Porter Ranch house has been continually occupied for over 60 years by a retired School Teacher. She was a Art History teacher so there are many vintage sewing and craft items and cool stuff pertaining to American History and world art.
Their are American Red Cross items and her husband was a pilot in WW2, so their are some nice vintage collectables! There are some 16mm films, Lp records, plus old film photography cameras and an Omega B22 enlarger.

In addition there is an eclectic array of vintage and contemporary household items, artwork, a large Thomas Kinkade serigraph, Vintage car parts; Porsche 914 (4 cylinder) motor and MG parts (hood and two doors panels), vintage American tools, vintage 1940’s – 50’s Life, Time, Holiday and other magazines, lots of paper Ephemera, vintage Americana and American history teaching aids ( model American landmarks) and art, vintage sewing items with notions and fabric, vintage jewelry, vintage clothing; negligees, hats, brand new ladies slipper shoes, new bras, leggings, hand bags, gloves, and jewelry. Lots of old knick – knacks, crystal glassware, Waterford, Limoge tea / Picard tea sets, porcelain, pots and pans, flatware, etc. Book shelves with vintage books, vintage toys, vintage kitchen items, vintage (Hoover) vacuum cleaner, vintage electronics, vintage soft goods, bedding, vintage linens and lace, vintage holiday decor, Christmass ornaments, etc. There is a garage full of great items also.
