We have many curios and collectibles, numerous dish sets and art pottery, silverware, vintage Barware, CD’s, DVD’s, Stereo equipment, jewelry, books, Asian ceramics and art, paintings, vintage Mens and Woman’s clothing, lots of whimsical knick – knacks, kitchen items, pots and pans, great potted plants, garden whimseys and Rattan patio furniture.

We have a diningroom set, hutch and table with 6 chairs, numerous hutches and wardrobes, dressers, sofa and love seat, sectional sofa, arm chairs, coffee table, file cabenets, Asian accent furniture, Italian side tables, Mid Century side table, mid century swag lights, lamps and lighting and a refrigerator.

This estate is of a family who have lived in North Hollywood since the late 1930’s.

There is a house and then an apartment behind it. We have Victorian / Civil War era furniture, vintage clothing, jewelry, china, glassware, 40’s kitchen kitch, Chinoiserie Chinese furniture, Asian Chinese Rosewood Carved MOP Inlay Corner Chairs, Hollywood Regency style bedroom set, Edwardian dressers and nightstands, Steamer trunks, oriental rugs, antique clocks, chandeliers, lamps,1950’s Wedgwood Gas stove, antique oil paintings ( 19th century 8′ X 6′ big oils)and artwork, farmhouse primitives, antique frames, tools, vintage books and records, Cd’s, DVDs, linens and bedding, whimsical collectables, Washer and Dryer, frig and cast aluminum patio furniture and potted plants.
