Studio City Hills Estate Sale, collectable pottery, art and Modern furniture.
This is a remodeling sale of a gorgeous Mid Century Modern (Lauter) home way up in the hills above studio city. We will be selling an array of contemporary / Mid Century items, art pottery, knick – knacks, contemporary and vintage modern furniture, clothing and more. This isn’t a very big sale but what we have for sale is of very fine quality and design.
Furniture is for sale:
Paul Frankle style vintage sectional sofa, Milo Baughman style chrome Flat Bar Lounge chairs, large taxidermy swordfish, large square leather ottoman, contemporary oval coffee table, contemporary sofa, dressers, Arts and Crafts oak wardrobe, 6 Eames Fiberglass bucket chairs, 2 vintage Monterey tile topped tables, Richard Neutra (?) dining table, slate top coffee tables and side tables, contemporary area rugs, pillows, etc.
In addition the kitchen is being remodeled so all the appliances will be available including the very high end Italian electric built in stainless steel wall oven by Explorer; that is hardly used and like new. The stainless steel side by side French door refrigerator is for sale, so is the built in gas range, grill and dishwasher.
