Studio City Hills Estate Sale, collectable pottery, art and Modern furniture.

This is a remodeling sale of a gorgeous Mid Century Modern (Lauter) home way up in the hills above studio city. We will be selling an array of contemporary / Mid Century items, art pottery, knick – knacks, contemporary and vintage modern furniture, clothing and more. This isn’t a very big sale but what we have for sale is of very fine quality and design.

In addition the kitchen is being remodeled so all the appliances will be available including the very high end Italian electric built in stainless steel wall oven by Explorer; that is hardly used and like new. The stainless steel side by side French door refrigerator is for sale, so is the built in gas range, grill and dishwasher.

This mini-estate is in one of Pasadena’s best historic neighborhoods. It is a 1903 shingle-style farmhouse that has been restored and features a fabulous garden.

We will be selling an eclectic array of vintage and contemporary household items, listed artists, Original oil paintings by Born Rye, Walter Farrington Moses and a color lithograph Peter Alexander Hallelujah I, signed in pencil, from the early numbered edition and antique Bird Nest prints by F.O. Morris. A large Thomas Kinkade limited Edition Serigraph , etc.

American Girl doll collection : The historical American Girl dolls we have are Molly (the 1940s), Kirsten (1800s prairie), Samantha (American Victorian era), Felicity (colonial America.) This Porter Ranch house has been continually occupied for over 60 years by a retired School Teacher. She was a Art History teacher so there are many vintage sewing and craft items and cool stuff pertaining to American History and world art.

Their are American Red Cross items and her husband was a pilot in WW2, so their are some nice vintage collectables! There are some 16mm films, Lp records, plus old film photography cameras and an Omega B22 enlarger.
